Job summary

Qualifications

• AS degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Current PTA license/registration.
• Experience in geriatric rehabilitation preferred.
• Experience in adult neurological, cardiac and general rehab preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Completes documentation according to established procedures.
• Contributes to interdisciplinary team through professional skills.
• Instructs patients and families on treatment plans and follow‑ups.
• Maintains accurate charges and progress notes for billing.
• Assists with scheduling and administrative tasks for patient services.
• Participates in patient care conferences and team education.
