Qualifications

• Successful completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program.
• Valid PTA license to practice in the state(s).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Leadership and customer relations abilities.
• Ability to exercise mature judgment and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy under supervision and along the established plan of care.
• Document treatments, patient status, and response to intervention.
• Maintain therapy records and ensure supplies/equipment availability.
• Manage patient schedules and assist with billing/reimbursement records.
• Participate in team/conference meetings and staff training.
