Vivo Healthcare Gandy is hiring a Per Diem Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehab team in Florida. The PTA will provide skilled rehabilitation services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, delivering evidence-based modalities in patients' residences to restore function and support recovery.

Qualified candidates have graduated from an accredited PTA program, hold a valid Florida PTA license, and possess SNF/LTC experience.

Qualifications

Job Description:

The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) is responsible for providing skilled rehabilitation services to patients in accordance with the Plan of Treatment and under the direct supervision and direction of a Physical Therapist. The PTA administers comprehensive physical therapy modalities/regimens to clients in their place of residence for the purpose of developing and restoring function through rehabilitative physical therapy as prescribed by a physician.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
