The PTA will provide skilled rehabilitation services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, delivering evidence-based modalities in patients' residences to restore function and support recovery.

Qualified candidates have graduated from an accredited PTA program, hold a valid Florida PTA license, and possess SNF/LTC experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Must have a valid FLORIDA professional license by discipline.
• Must have experience in SNF/LTC.
• Exceptional patient service skills and ability to demonstrate clinical excellence.
• Passionate about post-acute rehabilitation and the older adult population.
