Job summary

Care Pavilion Nursing & Rehab Center in Philadelphia, PA seeks a dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. Working under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will help residents regain strength, mobility, and independence in a collaborative skilled nursing environment.

Responsibilities include delivering treatments, documenting sessions in Net Health, collaborating with therapists and staff, monitoring progress, educating residents

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Pennsylvania PTA license in good standing.
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication, documentation, and time management skills.
• Passion for providing exceptional resident-centered care.

• Provide physical therapy treatments as outlined in the established plan of care.
• Accurately document treatment sessions using Net Health EMR.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists, nursing staff, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team.

• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.

Care Pavilion Nursing & Rehab Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled rehabilitation team.
