Job summary

Adoration Health is expanding in Little Rock, AR and seeks an experienced Physical Therapist to empower clients through strength and independence. You will work in settings including independent living, assisted living, geriatrics, and outpatient care, delivering personalized one-on-one therapy and collaborating with a supportive team.

Responsibilities include evaluations, treatment planning, periodic re-assessments, discharge planning, and communications with patients, families, and the care

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the practicing state.
• CPR certification (current).
• Two-step TB skin test required.
• Proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans; attend staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide safety recommendations and education resources.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, patient and family.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants as needed.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
