Job summary

Adoration Health is expanding Little Rock, AR, and, affiliated with BrightSpring Health Services, seeks an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for one-on-one patient care. The PRN position emphasizes independence, flexibility, and caring for clients in Independent Living, Assisted Living, geriatrics, and outpatient settings.

Qualified candidates bring a PT license in good standing, CPR, TB screening, and the ability to lift patients while delivering evidence-based therapy and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the practicing state.
• Current Live CPR Certification.
• Two-step TB skin test required.
• Proof of Auto Insurance.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapy techniques.
• Familiarity with independent living, geriatric and/or home health care.
• Strong communication skills in verbal and written form.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move patients as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and attend staff/family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide safety recommendations and referrals.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team and families.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants as needed.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to improve patient outcomes.
