Job summary

SpecialtyRx, Inc. in Sandy Springs, Georgia seeks a Licensed Pharmacy Technician to join a team devoted to exceptional service and the CARE culture. You will work under supervision, maintain floor stock, restock, and assist with medication packaging and shipping.

Qualified candidates have a Georgia license, prior pharmacy and data entry experience, and are reliable with strong organizational skills. Light lifting may be required, and you will support pharmacy standards and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Licensed Georgia Pharmacy Technician license required.
• Previous pharmacy experience preferred.
• Previous data entry experience preferred.
• Must be reliable and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Good organizational skills and detail oriented.
• Ability to perform light lifting.

Responsibilities

• Work under the direction of a supervisor.
• Maintain floor stock, restocking, removal of expired medications.
• Rotate stock to assure quality controls.
• Prepack for floor bulk prescribed medications.
• Package fill and ship medications.
• Adhere to pharmacy standards and policies.
• Collaborate with team to support the goals of the pharmacy.
• Complete any other task assigned by the supervisor.

NOTICE: SpecialtyRx is seeking an Licensed Pharmacy Technician located in the surrounding areas of Sandy Springs, Georgia.

Responsibilities:

• Able to work under the direction of a supervisor.
• Experience working Controlled Drugs (Narcotics) room a plus.
• Maintains floor stock, restocking, removal of expired medications.
• Rotate stock of medication areas to assure quality controls.
• Prepack for floor bulk prescribed medications.
• Package fill and ship medications.
• Responsible for pharmacy standards, maintained and adherence policies.
• Team player and collaborate with others to support the goals of the pharmacy.
• Complete any other task assigned by the supervisor.
