Princing's Pharmacy is seeking a Licensed Pharmacist to join our Long-Term Care team in a full-time role. The position focuses on clinical services, medication reviews, and collaboration with care teams to optimize patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate has a PharmD and LTC/geriatric experience, with strong communication and problem-solving skills to ensure compliance and clinical excellence in daily operations.

Qualifications

• PharmD from an accredited program.

• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical pharmacy services for long-term care residents.
• Conduct medication reviews and support optimal therapy.

• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and LTC standards.
• Accurately dispense and verify medications.
• Use EHR/pharmacy systems to document care.
