Job summary

PestCo is seeking a licensed IDPH Pest Control Technician at our West Chicago, IL location. You will manage residential and commercial pest control routes, apply approved products, and communicate effectively with customers to tailor solutions.

The role is full-time with base hourly pay plus commissions, and includes a $750 sign-on bonus after 90 days. Benefits cover health, retirement, PTO, uniforms, and ongoing training, with opportunities for growth within PestCo.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; clean driving record.
• Willing to complete PestCo Assessment as part of the process.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day pest control route operations and apply pesticides per schedule and label instructions.
• Ensure timely arrival at customer sites and operate a company vehicle.
• Discuss scope of service with customers and provide estimates for treatments and maintenance.
• Assist in sales and recommend preventive pest control solutions.
• Maintain equipment, PPE, and documentation; adhere to safety policies and regulations.
