Job summary

Pointe Pest Control, part of PestCo, is hiring a full-time Licensed IDPH Technician for routes based in West Chicago, IL and surrounding areas. You will apply pesticides to structures, discuss service scope with customers and assist in sales while following safety protocols and company policies.

A company vehicle is provided for timely route execution. The position offers base hourly pay plus commissions, a $750 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication, verbal and written skills.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and memos.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for day-to-day operation of a pest control route, applying products as scheduled.
• Follow a daily schedule and ensure timely arrival at each customer's home; a company vehicle is provided.
• Discuss scope of service with customers and assist in sales.
• Provide the best pest control solutions and estimates for one-time or maintenance treatments.
• Maintain professionalism, PPE and equipment, and complete all appointments on time.
