PestCo Holdings LLC in West Chicago, IL is seeking a licensed IDPH Pest Technician for full-time work on PestCo routes. You will apply pesticides to structures, discuss services with customers, and support sales efforts while following safety rules and company policies.

Position offers a base hourly pay plus commissions, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus for valid IDPH license at 90 days. Local route locations include Highland Park and surrounding areas; company vehicle provided for routes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Sign on bonus of $1,000 for valid IDPH license.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Pass background check and drug screen.
• Pest control experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate pest control route on a day-to-day basis.
• Apply pesticides to structures according to schedule and safety procedures.
• Discuss service scope with customers and present recommendations.
• Assist in sales and provide estimates for treatments.
• Maintain vehicle, equipment, and PPE in good condition.
• Complete appointments timely and follow company policies.
