Job summary

PestCo is seeking a Licensed IDPH Technician for routes in West Chicago, IL. The role includes applying pesticides, discussing service scope with customers, and assisting in sales. A company vehicle is provided; schedule is Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays.

Compensation is Base Hourly plus Commissions; a $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered after 90 days of employment. Must have a valid IDPH license and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Operate day-to-day pest control route on schedule.
• Visit customer homes, discuss scope of service, and provide estimates.
• Apply pesticides per label instructions and safety procedures.
• Assist in sales and upsell services.
• Maintain vehicle, equipment, and PPE in good condition.
