Qualfon is hiring remote Property & Casualty Insurance Advocates to assist members with quotes, new policies, billing inquiries, and policy changes. This service-focused role requires an active P&C or Personal Lines license and strong communication skills.

You will respond to inbound inquiries across multiple channels, providing expert guidance while maintaining compliance and high customer satisfaction. The position offers an hourly pay rate of $22.50 and benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience (healthcare, retail, hospitality, food service).
• Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license required.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a professional/empathetic tone.
• Ability to multitask across multiple applications with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members via phone, email, and other channels to assist with quotes, new policies, billing inquiries, underwriting questions, and policy changes.
• Build rapport and trust by asking questions, understanding needs, and offering accurate solutions to minimize transfers and escalations.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, and coverage updates while ensuring regulatory compliance and internal policies.
• Collaborate with carriers and internal teams to resolve issues and provide timely information.
• Maintain required certifications and pursue opportunities to grow product knowledge.
• Meet performance metrics related to service quality, responsiveness, and member satisfaction.
