Qualifications

• Pennsylvania Personal Care Home Administrator (PCHA) license required.
• Experience as a Personal Care Home Administrator required.

• Marketing and sales experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent leadership and management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site oversight of day-to-day operations.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal requirements for personal care home programs.
• Manage facility finances, budgets, forecasting, staffing, and capital needs.
• Implement sales and marketing initiatives to achieve occupancy objectives.
• Oversee resident/family relations and facility growth and development.
• Coach and develop the management team and address employee issues.
• Develop and enforce company policies and standards.
• Ensure access to medical and psychosocial services for residents.
