Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with Indiana license in good standing.
• Prefer 1+ year experience in Long Term Care or related field.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Demonstrate confidentiality, professionalism, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise/unit staff on the nurse's unit.
• Provide total care for residents and supervise direct care staff.
• Review daily nursing assignments for alignment with ability and training.
• Initiate and update the nursing care plan for residents.
