Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Licensed Patrol Driver in Nashville, TN. You will perform driving and unarmed patrols at a utilities location, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, monitor access points, and report security concerns.

The role emphasizes professional customer service and clear communication to support daily operations. The position is full-time with a daytime schedule and pays $17.00 per hour, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license in the state where the job is located.
• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at a utilities location while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, access points, equipment areas, and perimeter locations, reporting unusual conditions.
• Monitor access activity and visitor entry in accordance with site requirements, helping to deter unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
