Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer (Part Time) with a valid patrol driver's license for our Paulsboro, NJ location. The role involves unarmed security patrols at a chemical/petrochemical site, with a focus on customer service and access control.

The schedule runs Fri–Sun from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, leveraging a flexible, team-based environment. Responsibilities include routine and random patrols, reporting observations, and coordinating with site personnel and responders as needed.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• State/county/city security license is preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent must be possessed.
• Background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and execute site-specific security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities and perimeters.
• Monitor access, report observations, and coordinate with responders as needed.
• Respond calmly to incidents and document activities in logs and reports.
