NEWELL FISCHER AGENCY INC in Glenolden, PA is seeking a licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Professional. This role starts part time with potential to grow to full time; base pay plus commission. Some in-office hours required, especially during onboarding.

You will prospect, assess client needs, quote and bind policies, and build lasting relationships to drive retention and referrals. Stay current on carrier products and underwriting guidelines while striving to meet monthly and annual

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property and Casualty license
• Proven track record in insurance sales
• Strong knowledge of personal and/or commercial lines insurance products
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and close new P&C insurance opportunities for personal and commercial lines
• Conduct needs assessments to recommend appropriate property and casualty coverage solutions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and referrals
• Quote and bind policies using agency management systems and carrier portals
• Follow up on leads, renewals, and cross-selling opportunities within existing book of business
• Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales production goals
