Job summary

Precision Insurance Team is seeking a licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agent to grow a personal book of business through networking, referrals, and community relationships. You will also handle an inbound lead stream while building long-term client relationships.

You will educate clients on Property & Casualty coverage, close sales, and maintain CRM records, with flexible work-from-home options and a supportive agency owner who assists in development and growth.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a high lead volume.
• Tech-savvy with experience using CRM and quoting tools.
• Goal-oriented and driven by performance-based compensation.

Responsibilities

• Proactively build a personal network of referral sources — realtors, mortgage lenders, auto dealers, financial advisors, and community contacts — to generate self-sourced leads.
• Attend local networking events, chamber of commerce meetings, and community functions to build brand presence and generate business.
• Convert a supplemental stream of 75–100+ inbound leads per month provided by the agency.
• Build rapport quickly with prospects to establish trust and uncover insurance needs.
• Educate clients on various property and casualty insurance products.
• Recommend appropriate coverage and close sales.
• Cultivate long-term client relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, referral sources, and policy details in CRM.
• Ensure compliance with industry and company standards.
• Provide ongoing customer service and policy reviews to strengthen retention and referral generation.
