PCRG Insurance is seeking an Insurance Consultant specializing in Property & Casualty to grow our client base in the Greater Phoenix area. You’ll generate leads, build relationships, and work remotely with full support from a large independent agency to protect individuals, families, and small businesses.

You will conduct consultations, run local marketing campaigns, and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Experience in insurance sales or consultative sales.
• Strong networking and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate leads through networking, referrals, digital outreach, and community engagement.
• Develop and execute local marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
