Job summary

Pathways to Life, Inc. in Nags Head, NC, seeks a Licensed Outpatient Therapist to provide individual, family, and group therapy within a multidisciplinary team in office, school, and community settings.

The role requires completing assessments, developing person-centered plans, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring HIPAA compliance while delivering compassionate behavioral health services to diverse client groups.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, clinical psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Active North Carolina clinical license (LCSW/LCSWA/LCMHC/LCMHCA or equivalent).
• Knowledge of behavioral health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Ability to provide individual, family, and group therapy within licensure scope.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy based on member needs and treatment goals.
• Maintain an outpatient therapy caseload.
• Complete Diagnostic and Comprehensive Clinical Assessments and reassessments.
