Job summary

Pride in North Carolina, LLC is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to provide diagnostic assessments, individual and family therapy, and treatment planning for children and adults across North Carolina.

Responsibilities include screening, evaluation, and documentation per Medicaid guidelines, with collaboration across treatment teams. Requires a Master’s degree and NC licensure (LCSW-A/LCMHC-A/LMFT-A) or equivalent; bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a human services field and NC licensure (LCSW-A/LCMHC-A/LMFT-A) or equivalent.
• Must be licensed in North Carolina; associate or fully licensed clinicians accepted.
• Provisional or full licensure required; Medicaid/insurance documentation familiarity may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic assessments for children and adults.
• Provide individual and family therapy.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans.
• Ensure documentation complies with Medicaid and insurance requirements.
