Job summary

Pride in North Carolina, LLC, part of SUN Behavioral Health, seeks an Outpatient Therapist to provide diagnostic assessments, individual and family therapy, and treatment planning for children and adults. This role requires NC licensure and compliance with Medicaid guidelines.

Responsibilities include conducting screenings, developing treatment plans, collaborating with the treatment team, and maintaining precise documentation to support care coordination.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a human services field (required).
• Licensed in North Carolina (LCSW(A), LCMHC(A), LMFT(A) or equivalent).
• Must be licensed in NC; associate or fully licensed clinicians accepted.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screening, evaluation, and diagnostic assessments.
• Develop treatment plans and provide individual and family therapy.
• Communicate with supervisors and treatment team members.
• Complete documentation per Medicaid and insurance requirements.
• Monitor client progress and update crisis plans as needed.
