Job summary

Stormont Vail Behavioral Health Services in Topeka, KS seeks an Outpatient Treatment Clinician to perform intake assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and coordinate discharge planning for outpatient clients. The role requires a Master’s degree in a behavioral health field and active licensure eligibility; one year of behavioral health experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field is required or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in behavioral health care is required.
• Must obtain a state-approved Clinical Supervision Plan within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform intake and assessment including mental status exam and psychosocial history.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals and discharge plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy as appropriate under supervision.
• Maintain documentation meeting HIPAA and CMS standards.
