Job summary

Stormont Vail Health is seeking an Outpatient Treatment Clinician to provide psychotherapy and assessments in a clinic setting under supervision, helping patients and families achieve measurable goals. Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy; LMSW or equivalent licensure, with LMSW, LPC or LMFT accepted in lieu of LMSW.

A Clinical Supervision Plan must be obtained within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or marriage & family therapy.
• 1 year of experience in behavioral health care.
• Licensure: LMSW or equivalent; KS BSRB LMLP, LPC and LMFT accepted in lieu of LMSW.
• Must obtain state-approved Clinical Supervision Plan within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform intake and assessment, including mental status exam and psychosocial history.
• Develop diagnosis and individualized treatment/discharge plans with measurable goals.
• Maintain DSM-V based documentation and treatment notes.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy as appropriate.
• Collaborate with supervisors and meet CMS/HIPAA standards daily.
