Ellie Mental Health Brentwood Clinic seeks licensed clinicians to deliver high-quality mental health care. You will evaluate mental health needs, develop treatment plans, and maintain detailed client records while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• > Candidates must have a master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field and be on track to licensure.
• > Clinicians must hold active licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP, etc.).
• > Experience completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
• > Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• > Ability to maintain boundaries and timely documentation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and implement treatment plans including ongoing documentation.
• Maintain a minimum caseload as required (e.g., Full-Time status with 27 client visits per week).
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team to fulfill community needs.
• Use creative interventions to help clients reach goals.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, and other professionals.
• Attend clinical staff meetings and training sessions.
• Support flexibility and humor in daily practice.
