Ellie Mental Health is hiring an Outpatient Play Therapist to evaluate diagnoses, develop and implement treatment plans, and maintain case notes. You will work with children and adults, collaborating with a dynamic team to improve access to care in a values-driven environment.

The role involves creative interventions, timely documentation, and ensuring a minimum weekly caseload for full-time clinicians, with opportunities for professional growth and licensure support.

Formación

• Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college/university.
• Clinical licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP, etc.) or on track to obtain licensure.
• Experience providing play therapy.
• Experience completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to set and model professional boundaries with clients.
• Timely documentation submission.
• Comfort working with diverse client base.
• Experience with Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant a plus).
• Fully licensed clinicians ideally credentialed with insurance panels.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses for children and adults, create and implement treatment plans, complete ongoing documentation per policy.
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a team to expand access to care.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Prepare and submit session documentation per guidelines.
• Full-time clinicians must maintain a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, school staff, and other Ellie staff.
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.
