Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Active Washington State license (LMHC/LICSW/LMFT or associate).
• Experience providing outpatient therapy with evidence-based approaches.
• Strong documentation skills with ability to manage a full caseload.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based approaches.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
• Deliver crisis intervention, safety planning, and relapse prevention.
• Maintain timely, compliant clinical documentation.
• Meet productivity expectations through direct service hours.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in supervision.
