As an Associate Outpatient Counselor, you will provide therapeutic services to children, youth, adults, and families in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions to support client growth and progress.

This role provides supervised clinical experience toward licensure and is ideal for someone seeking hands‑on experience, strong supervision, and the opportunity to build confidence in assessment, care coordination, and clinical decision‑making.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide individual and group therapy using evidence‑based approaches
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
  • Deliver crisis intervention, safety planning, and relapse prevention support
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
  • Meet productivity expectations through direct service hours
  • Provide psychoeducation and connect clients with community resources
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in clinical meetings and supervision
  • Continue developing your clinical skills through ongoing training and education
