Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Active Washington State Associate license LMHCA/LICSWA/LMFTA required.
• Experience providing outpatient therapy using evidence-based approaches.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to manage a full caseload.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based approaches.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
• Deliver crisis intervention, safety planning, and relapse prevention support.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Meet productivity expectations through direct service hours.
• Provide psychoeducation and connect clients with community resources.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in clinical meetings and supervision.
• Continue developing your clinical skills through ongoing training and education.
