Three Rivers Therapy, LLC is seeking licensed clinicians to provide individual and group psychotherapy in a Washington state outpatient setting. The role emphasizes evidence-based treatment, comprehensive assessments, and strong documentation within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered to support recruitment. Candidates should hold a Master’s degree in a related field and an active WA license (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT or equivalent).

• Master’s degree with licensure required in Washington state
• Experience providing outpatient therapy using evidence-based approaches
• Strong documentation skills and ability to manage a full caseload
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team

Responsabilités

• Deliver crisis intervention, safety planning, and relapse prevention support
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
• Meet productivity expectations through direct service hours

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in clinical meetings and supervision
• Continue developing your clinical skills through ongoing training and education

Job Description

You will play a direct role in helping individuals and families build healthier, more stable lives through assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment.

We are currently offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus for this position.

What You’ll Do

• Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based approaches
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning

What You’ll Bring

Compensation

• Associate Licensed Clinician: $34.65 to $42.08/hour
• Fully Licensed Clinician: $41.14 to $46.35/hour
