You will deliver individualized, evidence-based therapy to individuals and families, performing assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in a collaborative clinical team.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Active Washington State licensure as a mental health professional.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling using evidence-based approaches.
• Complete comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Offer crisis intervention and prevention, prioritizing safety.
• Provide psychoeducation and resource navigation for clients.
• Engage families when appropriate to support treatment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and achieve productivity targets.
• Collaborate with other professionals for coordinated care.
• Engage with community partners to improve access to resources.
• Develop continuity of care plans across levels of care.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and licensure as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
