Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Active Washington State Associate license LMHCA/LICSWA/LMFTA required.
• Experience providing outpatient therapy using evidence-based approaches.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to manage a full caseload.

Responsibilities

About the Role

As an Associate Outpatient Counselor, you will provide therapeutic services to children, youth, adults, and families in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions to support client growth and progress. This role provides supervised clinical experience toward licensure and is ideal for someone seeking hands‑on experience, strong supervision, and the opportunity to build confidence in assessment, care coordination, and clinical decision‑making.

Working Conditions

Physical Requirements
