Job summary

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
  • Active Washington State Associate license LMHCA/LICSWA/LMFTA required.
  • Experience providing outpatient therapy using evidence-based approaches.
  • Strong documentation skills and ability to manage a full caseload.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based approaches.

  • Deliver crisis intervention, safety planning, and relapse prevention support.

About the Role

As an Associate Outpatient Counselor, you will provide therapeutic services to children, youth, adults, and families in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions to support client growth and progress. Working Conditions

This position is performed primarily in a professional office and clinical environment without substantial exposure to adverse environmental conditions.

Physical Requirements
