Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Active, unrestricted Massachusetts LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health and substance use assessments.
• Provide individual and family psychotherapy services.
• Utilize evidence-based treatments, including CBT and DBT.
• Monitor treatment progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Maintain EMR documentation and support patient outreach initiatives.
