Renewal Rehab in Michigan seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated team. You will perform comprehensive evaluations, document findings, and craft detailed treatment plans aligned with MD orders, ensuring patient progress and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed and/or registered Occupational Therapist to apply.
• NBCOT designation as OTR (if state mandated).
• Current in-state OT license/registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation based on MD orders.
• Document findings on the standardized evaluation form timely and accurately.
• Develop a comprehensive treatment plan with goals, frequency and modalities.
• Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
• Deliver treatments utilizing modalities and modify as indicated with safety precautions.
