Innovate Rehab and Wellness in Salisbury, Missouri, is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to join our skilled nursing facility team. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with a flexible lineup, focusing on one-on-one therapy to improve patients' functional abilities and independence.

You will create and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborate with the full care team, and stay current with best OT practices.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Candidate should hold a valid state OT license.
• Experience as an OT is preferred, new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Conduct OT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Help patients improve motor skills, coordination, and daily function.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, devices, and safety.
