Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time position in a skilled nursing facility setting.

You will evaluate and treat patients with functional and cognitive impairments, create personalized care plans, collaborate with the care team, and maintain compliant documentation to support regulatory requirements. Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 per year with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist to apply.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR, if required by the state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments
• Create and implement personalized care plans
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date
