Qualifications

• Maintain Optical license as required by the state.
• ABO and NCLE Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drives, monitors, and achieves profit, sales and performance goals according to National Vision standards.
• Oversees the eyeglass department to ensure efficiency and compliance with policies.
• Mentors and coaches Opticians and sales associates; forecasts staffing needs.
• Leads day-to-day operations and ensures timely completion of tasks.
