Vision Associates, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Full-Time Optical Associate in Spokane. You will provide unsurpassed patient experiences through eyewear selection, measurements, ordering, and fitting to meet all patient eyewear needs.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Active state optical licensure; must maintain license.
• Strong customer service skills: communicator, listener, and team builder.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Custom fits glasses and precisely places prescriptions in lenses.
• Acts as a leader in optical acumen and peer guidance.
• Takes and records measurements; ensures eyewear meets standards and patient needs.
• Explores patient needs by asking open-ended questions.
• Assists peers with complex product and prescription areas.
• Manages multiple tasks and priorities, maintaining accuracy.
• Operates the point-of-sale system with attention to detail.
• Ensures timely delivery and follows up with patients.
