Qualifications

• Active dispensing license required by state
• 3+ years related experience or training
• Strong customer service and clear communication abilities
• Confident selling skills to meet store goals
• Organized and detail-minded in a busy setting

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with eyeglass and contact lens dispensing, including training
• Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting sales goals
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage order follow-up
• Support quality and operational excellence by following safety standards
• Maintain inventory, merchandising, and a clean work environment
• Mentor Apprentice Opticians as permitted by law
