Job summary

Visology Ltd. in Massachusetts is seeking a Licensed Optician to lead and shape care across 3–5 retail locations. You will supervise Eyewear Sales Stylist teams, champion telemedicine eye exams, and own store readiness.

What You'll Do

• Own inventory accuracy, store readiness, and consistency across your locations
• Roll up your sleeves and provide hands-on operational coverage when a store needs it
• Turn escalated customer concerns into resolved, loyal patients
• Track performance metrics across your stores and drive the improvements that move the needle

What You Bring

• Active Licensed Optician credential (Massachusetts required)
• 5+ years of optical experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or multi-site role
• Deep optical knowledge — lenses, standards, troubleshooting, all of it
• Leadership that inspires: strong training, coaching, and communication skills
• Willingness to travel regularly between locations
