America’s Best in the United States is seeking an Optician to dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses, train customers, and deliver outstanding service while supporting store performance.

The position requires an active dispensing license, 3+ years of related experience, strong communication, and the ability to meet sales goals in a busy retail environment. Sundays off; competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Hold an active dispensing license as required by state.
• 3+ years related experience or training.
• Strong customer service and clear communication abilities.
• Confident selling skills with ability to meet store goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with eyeglass and contact lens dispensing, including insertion/removal training.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting sales goals.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage order follow-up.
• Support quality and operational standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Mentor Apprentice Opticians as permitted by law.
