You will guide customers in selecting eyewear, perform final adjustments, and ensure best-in-class quality while representing the Eyeglass World brand and values. This role emphasizes team collaboration and brand-aligned service.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
• Work Experience: 1+ year experience in optical, retail, sales, or customer service (Required).
• Active dispensing license as required by state (if applicable).
• Strong multitasking, time management and organizational skills (Required).
• Clear communication and ability to educate customers effectively (Required).
• Prior experience in a fast-paced retail optical environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional customer experience at every step of the visit.
• Guide customers through eyewear selection, final fitting, and product education.
• Support in-store flow from pre-exam support to finish and pickup.
• Perform finishing work, adjustments, and quality checks.
• Maintain organized retail areas and ensure brand standards are met.
• Model Eyeglass World service standards in all interactions.
