The role emphasizes precise eyewear finishing, adherence to brand standards, and collaboration with the store team to support fast, friendly service. A high school diploma and an active dispensing license are required, with at least 1 year

Qualifications

• Active dispensing license required by state.
• 1+ year experience in optical, retail, sales, or customer service.
• Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
• Clear communication and the ability to educate customers effectively.
• Ability to prioritize customer satisfaction at every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, confident, and personalized service at every stage of the visit.
• Guide customers through eyewear selection, final fitting, and product education.
• Ensure customers leave feeling confident in both their eyewear and their experience.
• Perform finishing work including final adjustments, inspections and quality checks to Eyeglass World standards.
• Prepare orders for pickup and deliver polished, brand-aligned handoff and ensure smooth store operations.
