Responsibilities

• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise and resolving issues.
• Maintains merchandise presentation by stocking items, cleaning displays, and pricing products.
• Operates cash registers and processes member purchases, returns, and exchanges.
• Sells Optical products and services by assisting Members with purchases, measuring, repairing frames and lenses, and handling eyewear orders.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and quality standards across the Optical area.
• Works as part of a team to deliver friendly service and promote Sam's Club offerings.
