Responsibilities

• Acknowledge members' needs and assist with purchasing decisions.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and organize product displays.
• Handle claims and returns according to company policy and secure high-shrink items.
• Process member purchases at cash registers and assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Assist with eyewear orders, measure/adjust/repair frames and lenses as needed.
