Qualifications

• 2+ years of optical dispensing and/or medical billing experience.
• Reliable transportation for travel between office locations.
• Bilingual skills in Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Spanish, or Portuguese are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interpret prescriptions and advise patients on suitable frames, lenses, and coatings.
• Accurately measure patients and ensure proper frame fit and optical alignment.
• Educate patients on eyewear care and lens options.
• Prepare and verify orders for accuracy and quality.
• Manage inventory and product displays.
• Verify vision insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure a smooth patient experience.
