LensCrafters in Georgia is seeking a Licensed Optician to deliver the brand value proposition and help establish LensCrafters as the premier destination for vision care in the community. You will provide legendary customer service and expertly craft high-quality eyewear that meets customers' prescriptions.

The role requires state licensure, optical dispensing experience, and strong math and technology skills.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• State Licensure.
• Optical dispensing experience.
• Strong customer service skills: communicator, listener & team builder.
• Knowledge of current store merchandise.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Awareness of current fashion trends.
• Selling skills – ability to use and carry an iPad/tablet.
• Familiarity with POS, computers & calculators.
• Embrace new technology & change.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers and set expectations.
• Custom fit glasses and place prescriptions in lenses.
• Lead with optical acumen and assist with complex needs.
• Take and record measurements, adjust eyewear precisely.
• Maintain product knowledge and support management with discounts and inventory.
• Use technology under time pressure to exceed customer expectations.
• Contribute to brand KPIs and keep store organized.
