As part of EssilorLuxottica, you will educate customers on guarantees, services, and protection plans while maintaining optical standards and exceptional service. High-quality care and precision define every interaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• State licensure or certification as an optician.
• Optical dispensing experience.
• Knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise.
• Knowledge of current store merchandise assortment and use of Inventory management systems.
• Strong communicator and listener.

Responsibilities

• Deliver unsurpassed customer service by following the CEE Service Model: Connect, Explore, Exceed.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses to fit Rx and lifestyle; support complex needs.
• Educate customers on LensCrafter’s guarantees, services, protection plans and warranties.
• Operate Point of Sale accurately and handle payments with security procedures.
• Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements.
